Cosmetologist

SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide hair, nails and other beauty related treatments with professionalism, personalized service and hospitality to guests of the spa.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide Salon and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.

• Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms

• Attend to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.

• Assist in providing information to any inquiries

• Help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.

• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.

• Maintain work area with necessary supplies

• Ensure room is immaculate at all times (tables draped, counters and products clean).

• Ensure accurate supply of product inventory.

• Assist with cleanliness of all spa areas including all locker rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent education required.

• One year experience.

• State Cosmetologist License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

The pay scale* for the Pool Attendant is $13.01.

*The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
