Elevation Church Project Manager (Worship Experience Creative Team) in Matthews, North Carolina
At Elevation Church, we look to link arms in ministry with those who are passionate about stepping into their God-given calling. While we're a staff from all different backgrounds and walks of life, our mission is the same - to reach people with the Gospel. We're grounded in scripture and guided by our values, so check out our website (www.elevationchurch.org (http://www.elevationchurch.org)) to be sure you're aligned before you step into the application process with us, particularly paying attention to our Beliefs and our Code.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create an agenda for three weekly content worship experience run-through meetings that you'll attend and help lead (two during the week; and one on Sunday mornings as a final run-through before church).
Manage all video and graphic design screen content for Elevation Church campuses; you'll work closely with our videographers and designers to identify the best strategy for that support, content, and execution.
Work closely with other project managers to ensure the well-managed schedules of all creators. You'll consider the full team's priorities when building schedules.
Manage the timelines, execution, and delivery of the 9-12 “Graphics Packages” that support all campus screens, including design and motion graphics.
Work with platform hosts to ensure talking points align with the screen support.
Manage and operate within budgets related to the department.
Manage the on-call calendar for creators.
Ensure that end products are delivered on our server, to our production team, and to our Campuses in a timely manner and with excellence.
Work closely with our Broadcast Project Manager to ensure that the content shown in our Broadcast aligns with our Campus content.
Work with and maintain multiple relationships: Designers & Videographers (to complete design projects), our Programming Director (to ensure all support aligns with the needs of the experience), and other Project Managers on our teams (to decide timelines and be aware of other team priorities).

Experience in building out timelines
High level of organization
Excellent at time management and prioritizing
Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
High decision-making abilities
Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be learning constantly
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
Familiarity with Elevation Church
Experience in managing or caring for a team, especially creators
Experience with Slack and Asana
DAY-TO-DAY
We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
You can't help but grow on our staff. You'll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
Bring your full self to every project, conversation, and initiative at hand.
