 New(or alternative) equipment improvement design and can validate/improve for product line introduction.

新規 (又は代替) 設備機器の改善設計、および製品ラインへの適用のための検証/改善ができる。

 Keep all productive assets in good working/validated condition.

すべての生産設備を良好な動作／検証済みの状態に維持・管理。

 Maximize the availability of the production line and equipment.

生産ラインや設備能力の最大化。

 Minimize the loss of products and/or production time due to equipment failure.

生産設備・機器の故障による製品の損失や生産時間の損失の最小化。

 Extend the life span of the production line and equipment by minimizing the wear and tear and deterioration.

摩耗や劣化を最小限に抑えて、生産ラインや設備の寿命の最大化。

 May serve as a working team lead and/or relieve the Manager in his/her absence.

チームリーダーとしての役割を果たしたり、マネージャーが不在の場合にマネージャーの代行を遂行。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• According to the established schedule and procedures, design new(or altanetive) equipment and validate/improve for product line instroduction.

確立されたスケジュールと手順に従って、製品ライン導入に向けて新規（または代替）設備の設計と検証/改善を行う。

• Execute and control predictive/ preventative maintenance of the manufacturing equipments according to the established schedule and procedures.

確立されたスケジュールと手順に従って、製造設備の予測的/予防的保全を実行・管理する。

• Execute and control calibration/periodic maintenance of the equipment and instrumentation devices according to the established schedule and procedures.

確立されたスケジュールと手順に従って、機器と計装装置の校正と定期点検を実行・管理する。

• Perform corrective maintenance / troubleshoot / quickly repair any electrical, instrumentation and mechanical problems according to the equipment drawings and established procedures.

機器の図面と確立された手順に従って、電気、計装、および機械の問題を修正保守／トラブルシューティングし迅速に修復させる。

• Perform and/or support die change/ set up/ shutdown activities.

型の段取り替え作業及びシャットダウンスケジューリング調整を実行／サポートする。

• Control spare parts

生産設備の保守用部品在庫を適正な状態に管理・改善する。

• Monitor, inspect, evaluate and adjust equipment performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities to maximize quality and efficiency.

生産設備のパフォーマンスを監視、検査、評価、調整して、品質と効率を最大化するための最適化と機能強化の機会を図る。

• Maintain accurate and updated equipment files such as manuals, blueprints, maintenance SOPs, maintenance and parts inventory logs, maintenance work orders and all associated documentation (physical and digital).

生産設備保守に関わるマニュアル、図面、手順書、保守作業指示書、保守作業・部品在庫記録、および関連するすべてのドキュメント（紙又は電子ファイル／システム）を正確に確実に更新する。

• Maintain clean and organized equipments, production and maitenance areas and maintenance parts/tooks storage.

生産設備・機器、生産および保守エリア、および保守部品／ツールの保管エリアを清潔で整理された状態に維持・管理する。

• Conduct production improvement activity.

生産改善活動に参加・実行する。

• Support external maintenance vendors activities inhouse.

外部保守業者の作業をサポートする。

• Perform tasks in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate manufacturing standards.

該当する安全ガイドラインおよび適切な製造基準に従って作業を実行する。

• Perform tasks in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

すべての規制要件に従って作業を実行します。

• May assist in the installation and validation of new manufacturing equipment

新しい製造装置の設置と検証を支援する可能性があります。

• May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, cost and scheduling.

• May be involved in training of production staff of routine maintenance procedures
