Robert Half Inventory Clerk in Mather, California

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Rancho Cordova, California. The role primarily revolves around ensuring accurate inventory management within a hospital setting. The position requires frequent mobility within the hospital to scan and log equipment accurately. The Inventory Clerk will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately scanning and logging IT and hospital equipment within various departments.

• Effectively using ERP solutions to enhance inventory processes, with a focus on ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, doctors, and administrative professionals, to ensure smooth operations.

• Addressing and rectifying any discrepancies in inventory and updating the system accordingly.

• Performing clerical duties as needed, which may include responding to inbound calls and conducting audits.

• Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate log of all equipment using Microsoft Excel.

• Creating visual representations of inventory data, such as charts and graphs, using Microsoft Excel.

• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in processes such as Annual Physical Inventory, Equipment Inventory, Inventory Analysis, and Inventory Audits.

• Standing for extended periods while performing inventory tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Cerner Technologies

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to work with ERP Solutions

• Experience with About Time software

• Auditing skills

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs

• Proficiency in Clerical Duties

• Experience with Annual Physical Inventory

• Knowledge in Equipment Inventory

• Ability to perform Inventory Analysis

• Experience in conducting Inventory Audits

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
