Description

Primary Responsibilities:

· Process Network User forms, Termination forms & Hardware/Software Request forms

· Create incidents in Service Now help desk software for requests

· Handle requests that come into the System Administration mailbox

· Research, resolve and respond to end-user issues/problems related to account administration, email issues and desktop including application issues received via Service Now helpdesk tickets

· Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot/resolves issues

· Ability to shift between tasks to keep up with workload

· Perform other duties assigned by management as required

· Provide assistance to outsourced Helpdesk as needed

Requirements

Job Requirements:

· Technical degree or compatible experience

· Flexibility with scheduling as needed

· Strong customer service orientation and communication skills; must work well with internal and external customers

· Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suites & Adobe Acrobat

· Highly self-motivated and strong attention to detail

· Working knowledge of Active Directory & Outlook 2016 a plus, but not required

· Working knowledge and hands on experience with Service Now help desk software
