Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager - L2. Responsibilities include leading the implementation and management of Cintas marketing programs and trading policies; identifying, suggesting and implementing the annual plan for promotions and merchandising in line with company marketing policies and guidelines and guidelines within an assigned segment (Rental Division, Fire Protection, Gaming, F1000 Direct Sale, Hospitality, First Aid & Safety, Healthcare); managing the development and/or delivery of a particular area, product or service within the larger marketing strategy; supporting others so they can use and benefit from the existing external communications systems; supporting others by using strategic planning systems and protocols; following existing procedures and precedents in determining the correct course of action for routine functional enquiries; providing primary supervision to a team performing routine work; managing relationships with key internal customers and acting as their business partner, while typically using support teams to ensure client satisfaction; managing and delivering required outcomes for a portfolio of major projects in order to support the overall project management strategy; developing and/or delivering a plan for an individual brand while working under the guidance of senior colleagues; managing important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues; overseeing relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers; delivering required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers; and working within an established contract management plan.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • BA/BS Degree

  • 3+ years' experience in Marketing or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays

Preferred

  • Degree in Marketing or related field

  • 3 to 6 years' experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by executive leaders

  • 3+ years' experience or demonstrated knowledge in Lead Generation, Public Relations, Product Development, E-Business, Sales and Operations Support, Leading Cross Functional Teams
