Cintas SAP Functional Analyst - Level 3 - APO in Mason, Ohio

Job Description

Support the Supply Chain Management area and collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Responsible for participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations. Collaborate with the business on current processes and propose solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts. Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long-term strategy. Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation. Set testing strategy for modules and lead end-to-end integration testing. Participate in the delivery of project and minor/major releases. Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents. Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Supply Chain Management area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging best practices. Limited telecommuting within commutable distance of worksite permitted pursuant to company hybrid work policy.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation in SAP Supply Chain Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and customizing in SCM APO (with at least 2 years in CTM, DP, SNP and CIF).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating transports (such as SolMan, ChaRM or other third-party change management solutions) and tasks for change management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM environments in Fortune 1000 or like enterprises.

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP SCM/APO, with responsibilities for the design of the implementation.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience presenting technical and business issues and delivering / recommending solutions to all levels of management (for instance at the full professional proficiency level).

Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
