Honeywell Proposal Coordinator in Mason, Ohio

Honeywell Intelligrated is seeking a Proposal Coordinator based in Mason, OH.

Honeywell Intelligrated designs, builds and installs tools for automated material handling including case and pallet conveyors, IntelliSort sortation systems, Alvey palletizers, robotic systems, order fulfillment systems and advanced machine controls.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Proposal Coordinator is the designated contact to ensure that the quality, readability, branding and style of the proposals is consistent with the Honeywell intended messaging. This position is charged with initial proposal set up, editing and proofreading proposal content to ensure readability for the customer. Proposal Coordinators may be involved in template content creation and management of the template content library. The Proposal Coordinator will coordinate and maintain documentation during the lifecycle of the project. This position requires a prominent level of collaboration with proposal managers, concepting engineers and Honeywell sales account managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generation of proposal templates.

• Editing and proofreading of engineering content.

• Development of custom proposal templates to best fit internal customer needs.

• Navigation of globally known platforms including Salesforce, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to meets deadlines on a reoccurring basis in a fast paced, delivery-driven environment by prioritizing tasks in a methodical manner.

• Attendance at and ability to take minutes at sales kickoff meetings.

• Coordination with multiple proposal managers on a daily basis.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of experience minimum coordinating proposals, including document editing and proof reading, administration, marketing, or legal responsibilities.

• 2 years of experience demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills in a work-related environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
