About this opportunity As a member of the Ericsson ADM Team, you will serve as the lead technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ericsson's legacy OSS mainframe applications for a Tier I telecom customer. This customer-facing role entails integrating and managing application releases, processes, and projects within the customer's environment. What you will do: Manage the installation of Mainframe Telecom Inventory application releases in the customer environment. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported by users, interfacing teams, mainframe product support, and incident management. Assess, estimate, and oversee application support activities related to maintenance efforts and enhancement projects. Analyze and support application batch processes. Work closely with application owners, clients, interfaces, and project teams, including offshore teams. Work with the presales team on any application modernization opportunities. You will bring: Proficiency in MVS/Mainframe computing environments Job Control Language (JCL), COBOL. Telcordia Legacy OSS application. Customer management. Troubleshooting & Change management Experience in Telcom Domain/OSS Experience with Telcordia Products: TIRKS, DSF, SWITCH. Experience with a US-based Tier I CSP. What happens once you apply?
