Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our team in Mason, Ohio. This role is responsible for managing the accounts payable duties of the company, including reconciliation of accounts, check runs, and coding invoices. This position requires proficiency in various skills such as data entry and Microsoft Excel. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all invoices for the company ensuring correct coding.

• Perform regular check runs to maintain company's financial obligations.

• Manage the reconciliation of accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Execute data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and speed.

• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions.

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting and financial tasks.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Experience in check runs and coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in invoice processing

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

• High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
