We are currently looking for a Sales Competency Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Competency Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Creating digital learning solutions for the development needs of Nestlé sales and 3rd party sales teams.

  • To ensure that it is integrated into the lms system and to prepare trainings.

  • Reviewing educational content such as Marketplace, e-business academy, CDT academy, distributor academy and sharing innovations and key benefits with the sales team on a frequent basis.

  • Planning the annual calendar for Nestle sales trainings and monitoring the compliance of the sales team.

  • Ensuring that shopper and category insights are integrated into trainings.

  • Participating in the trainings of the trainer, giving trainings in the field where he is experienced in sales.

  • Understanding and reporting the causes of workforce changes.

  • To follow the education budget.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree

  • Fluent in English

  • 3+ years commercial experience, Previous experience in Sales

  • Understands customers and the selling process, Understands shopper

  • Understands key business functions

  • Ability to motivate and develop people
