We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

Ensure CRM Solution Progress:

-Support CRM Solutions products lifecycle processes mainly on Deployment, Sustain, and Leverage

  • Produces outline system specifications using solution designs, functional specifications or technical specifications as input, including input into scope, constraints (such as performance or resources), hardware, network and software environments

Ensure Deployment & Change Management:

  • Designing ,implementing and testing complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform

-Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards

-Implementing integrations with external systems using Web API

-Writing code using programming languages such as C# and JavaScript (TypeScript) while adhering to coding standards and best practices

Ensure Security Compliance:

-Ensure implemented CRM solutions meet internal and external standards in regards to security compliance

  • Conducts quality assurance and approves developed code

Ensure Sustain:

  • Assists in the assessment and selection of suitable software packages and technologies to meet all or parts of specified requirements

-Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance

Ensure Leverage:

-Works with Behavioral Analyst & Consumer Experience Specialists seeking guidance on front-end design

Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree

• At least 3 years’ experience in related job

• Knowledge in CRM development

• Moderate experience on minimum two of Microsoft Dynamics 365-CRM in designing and developing

• Structured approach, solution-oriented working method
