We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Management Analyst to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Customer Relationship Management Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Ensure CRM Solution Progress:

  • -Support CRM Solutions products lifecycle processes mainly on Deployment, Sustain, and Leverage

  • -Maintain strong networks through CRM Solutions functional networks with IT experts in Markets, Global Managed Businesses

  • Perform CRM Reporting

  • Ensure Deployment & Change Management:

  • -Understand Nestle Waters Businesses requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the CRM Solutions to meet these business requirements

  • -Support flawless implementation of agreed projects, on time and on budget by following agreed methodology

  • -Delivers technical requirements within process optimization projects

  • -As instructed performs assessment on application changes prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequately documented and complete according to guidelines

  • Take part in CRM campaign planning and campaign operations execution

  • -Keeping up with the trends and technologies regarding customer communication strategies and applying where possible

  • Ensure Security Compliance:

  • -Ensure implemented CRM solutions meet internal and external standards in regards to security compliance

  • Ensure Sustain:

  • -Establish, maintain and optimize an efficient CRM Solution

  • -Ensure relevant measure and targets are driving desired behavior

  • Ensure Leverage:

  • -Help maintain and leverage technology capabilities with IT Experts

  • -Enhances Market / User Capability by executing the identified methods / approaches and follow through status / track progress

Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree,

• At least 3 years’ experience in related job

• Related functional / business process experience

• Project & Product operational experiences

• Moderate experience on minimum two of Microsoft Dynamics 365-CRM

• Vendor and Partner Management experience is plus

• Strong Project Management Skills is plus

• Structured approach, solution-oriented working method
