Wisper is seeking a full-time nonexempt Tower Foreman to join our Tower Construction Team.

We are seeking a Tower Foreman to perform installations as well as test, analyze and troubleshoot problems within our wireless network with minimal guidance for tasks performed.

The Tower Foreman will also be responsible for leading teams on-site and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Successfully complete all Tower Tech Tier 1-3 qualifications within 60 days of hire

Scope of Work creation and execution including creating required parts lists for non-network Tower equipment

Sign off on Billing of Materials and communicate any material issues before deployment

Efficiently understand & use in-house sytems for project management

Coordinate and schedule tower work with Tier 3 Tower Techs and Department Manager

Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Tower Techs

Timely completion of any assigned administrative tasks

Oversee up to two Tower crews at a time including any subcontractors working on-site

Execute New Site Builds on time and within budget

Coordinate Civil work and tower work on site

Effectively perform punch walks both internal and external

Facilitate Close of Project documentation for each site completed

Communicate any issues on-site to management with possible solutions

Work with Networking to ensure site connectivity.

Requirements for Position

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in a Tower Tech Tier 3 role or equivalent

Must be able to climb up to 750ft while adhering to all safety procedures

Proven crew leadership experience

Experience rigging and mounting tower mounted equipment

Current valid Driver\'s license and ability to be added to the Company auto insurance policy

Weekend, after-hours, and on-call rotation work availability is required

Travel within the Network with adherance to the Travel Time Policies as stated in Wisper Employee Handbook

Regular and predictable attendance

Desired Skills & Competencies

Experience with CAD welding

Experience with CC and ATC closeout procedure

Familiarity with wireless equipment

Personal accountability in prioritization

Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships

Possess a desire to learn, supported with a love of technology

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Fast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules and fluctuating priorities

Comfortable working at extreme heights and in confined spaces

Work is performed primarily out in the field in an outdoor setting

Field work is completed in all weather conditions

Must pass a background check, MVR & drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs. Moderate: Lifting 0-25 lbs. X-Heavy: Lifting 25+ lbs
