The Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) group is part of the wider Eaton Electrical Group and contains the Crouse Hinds division which manufactures high grade electrical products for hazardous, industrial, and commercial applications world-wide. We are looking for a Customer Service Leader to be the main point of contact for all customers nationally within the GEIS division. The successful candidate will assist and advise customers ensuring alignment with business needs whilst continuously striving to provide the best customer service.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the bridge between sales/customers and internal operations. This is a fast-paced role and a great opportunity for a project coordinator who thrives on efficiency, accuracy, and quality customer service. The successful candidate will liaise across multi-functional teams to manage and expedite projects, orders and ETA’s as required.

Key Duties:

  • Communicate with sales/customer and operations team on orders and projects.

  • Ensure weekly updates are provided to all stakeholders on projects/orders.

  • Take responsibility and hold colleagues accountable for zero incidence safety culture.

  • Provide support to quality function by managing RMAs/QN's.

  • Participate in events to achieve cost productivity profit plan targets .

  • Provide support to customer service function, when required.

  • Responsible for maintaining quality on production floor.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project or sales coordination with managing projects and working with customers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Salesforce highly desired.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience and knowledge of Hazardous area products and certification will be advantageous but not mandatory.
