Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

The forklift operator will be working on a team to help unload, load, and store products in a formal manner. Shift is 8am-5pm. Will be operating stand up/sit down forklift and pallet jack. Will be paired off with a current worker for the first week in order to learn the plans of the facility. There is an ability to move up quickly to team lead positions.

Hard Skills

• Receiving, inspecting, and putting away inventory

• Picking and packing product

• Utilizing warehouse equipment to perform tasks; scanners, vocollect, forklifts

• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and warehouse production standards

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Processing data into WMS

• Proficiency in inventory control including cycle counting and reconciliation

Soft Skills

• Following all safety guidelines and procedures

• Following process improvement particulars

• Performing other duties as assigned

This is a fully on-site position in Maryville, Tennessee.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
