Robert Half's client is a leader in their industry and has a long-term consulting opportunity for a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). This role is pivotal in promoting and facilitating the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization. As part of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence, this role involves providing training, coaching, and mentoring to teams and stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for professionals keen on leveraging their Agile methodologies skills in a dynamic environment.

Onsite Approximately 90%. With Travel between Ohio and California.

SPC will be the change agent to help communicate and promote the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization.

As part of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), this person will be responsible for providing in-person and remote Agile training, coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders.

The SPC will provide in-person/remote training to our client's teams on how to apply Lean-Agile methodology and SAFe framework to improve efficiency and speed without affecting quality to deploy products to customers. The SPC will champion our client's vision of the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This SPC's focus will be conducting in person and virtual Leading SAFe course twice or more monthly

• Facilitate the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization as a change agent

• Provide both in-person and remote Agile training, coaching, and mentoring to teams and stakeholders

• Champion the vision of the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the organization

• Conduct in-person and virtual Leading SAFe courses regularly

• Work closely with various teams to apply Lean-Agile methodology and SAFe framework to improve efficiency and speed without affecting quality

• Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities

• Leverage Project Management skills to lead, plan, prioritize, and execute work efficiently

• Utilize strong communication skills for effective verbal and written communication

• Display strong leadership skills for exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making

• Work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment, demonstrating a highly collaborative team-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

SPC Credentials, Enabled to train Leading SAFe 6.0, Experience with Manufacturing, Excellent Communication and Training Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

• 3 year using Agile methodologies

• SPC Certification required

• Experience in information technology and Agile experience.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban

• Project Management skills to lead, plan, prioritize and execute work efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills for leading, actively listening, coaching, consulting, and resolving conflicts with people.

• Highly motivated and customer focused.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Leadership skills required for exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, root cause analysis, problem solving and decision-making.

• Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
