Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst IT L3 to join our team in the Automotive industry. This role is based in MARYSVILLE NT, Ohio, 43040-9182, United States and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The chosen candidate will be responsible for utilizing their strong analytical skills to drive business decisions and ensure a clear understanding of business requirements within the IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather and compile user requirements to understand the technology solutions and data they need.

• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and comprehensibility.

• Collaborate with project managers/team managers and business sponsors to determine scope, vision, business objectives, and benefits.

• Lead and conduct interviews to gather user requirements, use cases, and scenarios.

• Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.

• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements and develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on user requirements.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into functional specifications for developers/project team.

• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

• Maintain alignment with Sales Applications strategic direction and IT support and delivery standards.

• Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to guide the team and help the business make good technology decisions. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and management.

• Proven experience in sales and office functions.

• Ability to train staff and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Experience with invoicing and planning processes.

• Proficiency in providing workstation support and managing benefit functions.

• Experience in production and working with vendors to troubleshoot issues.

• Ability to accurately forecast business trends.

• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience working with stakeholders and integrating various business functions.

• Experience in warehouse management.

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs.

• Experience working with suppliers in an automotive industry context.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience in drafting specifications for IT-related projects.
