Job Description:

Marshfield Clinic has an opening for a Physician – Nephrologist for multiple locations in Wisconsin including Marshfield, Stevens Point, Minocqua, Wisconsin Rapids, Mauston, Rice Lake, Ladysmith, Medford, Plover, Wisconsin Dells, Woodruff, and Rhinelander. Will be responsible for providing care to patients with diseases and disorders of the kidneys. Will provide consultation to primary care physicians and communicate treatment plans to primary care providers, conduct research in the field of Nephrology through the Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation, and provide administrative support when necessary. The position requires: medical degree (M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent); successful completion of residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology; must have or be eligible for licensure to practice medicine from the State of Wisconsin; must be eligible for hospital and health plan privileges, and may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid.
