Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Growth Analyst - Security Health Plan (SHP) is responsible for leveraging internal and external marketing data and analytics to help shape SHP growth strategy, including marketing methodologies, product launch and member engagement. The individual would lead data-driven decision-making to support Security Health Plan’s growth strategy. This individual is a key member of the growth division, and will use data analysis, market research and other insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and return on investment (ROI) and make recommendations based on findings. The individual would collaborate with colleagues across multiple SHP and Marshfield Clinic Health System functions as needed to carry out assigned duties and support corporate goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, data science or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Five years of demonstrated experience utilizing research and data analysis in product marketing, brand management, consulting and strategic marketing, including building and maintaining reports, and interpreting results, using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
