Exterior Maintenance Resources, Inc. Landscape Laborer in Marlton, New Jersey

Landscaping&Groundskeeping Wrkr. 40 temporary/full-time positions w/ Exterior Maintenance Resources Inc from 4/1/25-12/15/25.

Landscape/maintain grounds using hand/power tools/equip. Lay sod/mow/trim/edge/plant/rake/blow leaves/dig holes/install plant material/work on ground to prune/trim trees/shrubs/hedges/spread seed/fertilizer/mulch. Work w/ mortarless concrete/stone wall units. Maintain equipmnt. May drive truck/other vehicle to transport work crew/plant/material/tool to/from work (driving not reqmnt of all wrkrs in position). Must lift/carry 50 lbs when nec. Must be willing to work outdoor under element.

Sat/Sun work reqd when nec. Emplyr-paid post-hire drug test reqd of foreign/domestic wrkrs upon suspicion of use. Reqs 1 month previous lndscpe exp. Employer pays in advance/reimburses workers in 1st workweek govt-mandated/visa-related fees excl. passport fee. For non-local workers employer reimburses inbound travel @ 50% point in contract unless paid in advance. Inbound travel incl. transport cost from workers perm residence/place of recruitment, daily meal subsistence based on rates required by law currently $15.88/day min/$59/day max for workers w/ acceptable receipts & reasonable lodge cost.

Travel cost based on least-cost common carrier rate. Employer provides/pays outbound travel upon completion of contract/early dismissal except if worker has subsequent employment. Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total contract beginning w/ workers 1st workday/ending on contract end date/any extension. Employer counts all hours worked & any hours offered w/in standard work schedule that worker chooses to not work up to max # of daily hours on job order. Wrkrs who vol. abandon employment not entitled to payment for outbound travel or full 3/4 guarantee. Employer provides w/out charge all tools/supplies/equipment incl. uniform nec. to perform duty assigned. If reqsted emplyr helps non-local wrkrs secure optl wrkr-paid lodge not to exceed FMV based on # of occupants; cost TBD.

Housing cost paid directly to landlord & not payroll deducted. JOB LOCATION: 100 Sharp Rd Marlton NJ 08053 & multiple worksites w/in Atlantic/Burlington/Camden/Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem counties. Emplyr provides incidental transport between job site. Emplyr offers free daily transport to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of transport vol.

Wage rate $19.76/Hr. OT hours vary @ $29.64/Hr. Raises/bonuse offered @ employer discretion based on factors like performance/skill/tenure. Single workweek is used to compute wages. Payroll period weekly. Workers paid by check Friday. Standard work schedule 7am-5pm M-F. Employer offers 40 hours/wk. Employer may offer more hours depending on weather/business needs/other conditions.

Extreme heat/cold/rain/drought may affect exact hrs. Employer makes all payroll deducts required by law. Employer doesnt envision other workforce-wide payroll deducts. Vol. deducts must be pre-authorized in writing. Vol. advances made to workers may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deducts. Employer may deduct retirement/savings plan contributions/health ins. premiums for workers voluntarily participating in plan. SWA may only refer qualified applicants apprised of material terms/conditions of employment who are able/willing/available for job. Employer makes hiring decisions @ its sole discretion.
