The Lead Process Manager will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive business process and customer experience improvement by coaching, teaching, and facilitating problem-solving methodologies that build innovative thinking, efficiency to market, and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this role will require process improvement and project management capability, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders representing all areas of the business, across front-line personnel and supervisors. Areas of focus include projects that span multiple teams and functions. Individuals in this role are expected to successfully engage, influence, and inspire peers, supervisors, and front-line associates.

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly connect business problems, opportunity statements, and current capabilities & challenges. They will utilize continuous improvement principles to visualize day-to-day business performance across key value streams and functions including quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, forecast-to-supply, record-to-report, and regulatory and quality processes. S/He is self-motivated, positive, energetic, and possesses strong business savvy with a creative problem-solving mindset.

What To Expect

  • Project Scoping: Independent and thorough coaching of others, assistance with problem statement definition, identification of project check points and end objectives, and resource planning

  • Problem Clarification: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the current environment and root causes of problems being addressed.

  • Solution Development: Hypothesize, experiment, and refine ideas to identify problems & solutions.

  • Implementation Support: Provide continued stakeholder engagement and facilitate pivot/ persevere discussions to ensure implementation deliverables remain on track.

  • Formalize, build, and deploy standard work to scale improvements across the organization.

  • Utilize lean problem-solving methodologies, sprint methodologies, value stream mapping, and other techniques to improve internal, field, and customer processes.

  • Identify improvement or innovation opportunities, outline business cases and rationale, influence key stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and gain prioritization across functions projects.

  • Build, measure, track, teach, and drive problem-solving capability across the enterprise including, training programs, organization wide KPOs, KPIs, and effectiveness checks, commercial and operational velocity, financials, and team engagement.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes, customer experience, deliver cost savings, support innovation, deployment of new commercial offerings, and build organizational capability.

  • Passionate to work on complex issues where analysis of business requirements or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors affecting business outcomes.

  • Exercise critical judgment and experiences in selecting the right methods, tools, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results meeting business objectives.

  • Lead discussions of requirements/ opportunities with business partners; proposes solutions in alignment with capabilities while ensuring effectiveness, scalability, and quality.

  • Able to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to determine acceptable solutions meeting the company’s objectives while managing effective communication.

  • Works with senior leaders to develop and prioritize high impact improvement strategies and acts as a liaison between people, process, and technology.

  • Partners with Finance to create and establish sustained operational cost and effectiveness models to support project delivery across value streams and functions.

  • Ensures processes and systems are in place to support new product launches, product enhancements, and products acquired through business development initiatives.

  • Evaluates business functions and processes, analyzes new requirements, identifies areas of opportunity (use cases), drives design and delivery of innovative solutions.

  • Identifies project scope; coordinates with management and others to identify goals, timing, budget, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.

  • Develops project plans including goals, strategy, staffing, risk identification, budget, resourcing, analysis of development alternatives, and communicates with the team.

  • Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance workflow.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, management, and/ or engineering

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a team environment to build change adoption, manage competing priorities, and drive problem solving through proven continuous improvement tools and project management discipline.

  • Experienced negotiator and keen ability to navigate across cross-functional environments.

  • Managing and delivering critical and revenue impacting projects.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, ML/AI, BI solutions, IoT, Cloud, and/ or Salesforce systems.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), automation and system testing aspects.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $209,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
