Astellas Pharma Canada (APCA) is currently searching for a TechX Mobile Device Management Lead

Description

The Intune SME is responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management. Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience. Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.

Essential Job Duties

• Redesign of the existing Global Intune tenant for optimal device management and automation of operational processes

• Implementation of Conditional Access and Application Management Design to adhere to Astellas InfoSec policies.

• Migration of existing Mobility estate from MobileIron to Astellas Intune Tenant.

• Design and implement non-managed device access solutions leveraging Mobile Application Management and Intune policies.

• Design and deployment of AutoUpdates and AutoPatching operational processes for multiple device platforms

• Migration of Windows 10 device from On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment.

• Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e., managing application lifecycle.

• Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices.

• Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices.

• Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10/11

• Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in managing iOS, Android, Windows, MDM Solutions and minimum 3+ years of experience on Intune.

• Expert-level Windows 10/11 build architecture and deployment experience, including customization and "branding” of a Windows 11 build.

• In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies.

• Knowledge on Apple Business Manager, Apple Developer Portal, Google Play Enterprise portal is must.

• Experience in device management for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android.

• Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Conditional Access configurations, Defender policies, Firewall rules, Co-Management configurations, Windows AutoPatching

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform, most particularly with Intune and Windows AutoPilot profiles.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be additional advantage

• Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Intune.

• Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES).

• Excellent teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently.

• Proven interpersonal skills and have basic knowledge office tools (e.g., Excel) for collecting and manipulating distribution results.
