Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $ 20 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Skilled Trade:

• Repairs such as plaster touch ups, sand, paint, dap, silicone, minor adjustments, minor trim repairs and paint and clean up.

• Need to work clean and be on top of all paperwork 

• Complete paperwork on repairs

• Minor repair work, plaster touch up, paint, sand dab

• Clean up

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) 

Job requirements:

• Strong work ethic 

• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time 

• Able to work in all weather conditions 

• Able to lift light to heavy objects

• Experience and skills in trades, such as repairs
