This position reports to Director Head of Technology Canada and is based in Markham, CA.

What you will do

The Product Owner, IT Analyst is responsible for defining and deliver innovative digital solutions for our business! You will help drive the digital and technical transformation of the business by enabling customer-centric digital experiences within our product ecosystem. We will accomplish this by crafting outstanding experiences and capabilities and optimizing our internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology and Business teams to identify priorities and digital product needs, in line with brand strategies, to develop a prioritized strategic roadmap.

  • Accountable for shaping and hitting business/squad OKR's.

  • Builds relationships with internal business partners and external vendors by promoting IT capabilities and processes and facilitating day-to-day activities.

  • Supports the technical discovery process to assist in developing a solution that addresses the business needs, taking into consideration the opportunities for maximum leverage of existing capabilities. Develop the scope and business requirements into functional and technical specifications and acceptance criteria

  • Use UX design and test & learns to validate the real-world effectiveness of proposed features.

  • Lead cross-product development teams and the associated agile delivery of product capabilities - monitor and advise partners on the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget and benefits of the programs are achieved.

  • Champion an agile culture and product management principles within all products and programs Participates in industry related activities, keeping knowledge up-to-date and on top of the newest technologies and trends.

  • Ensures Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by meeting all local and global compliance and security policies

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a field of Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technology related role is required, at least 1 year in a business-facing technology role.

  • Experience in implementing digital capabilities (web, mobile, CRM, eCommerce, etc.) is required. Must be a strong proponent of change, primarily by encouraging change within and across organizational boundaries as well as processes and standards.

  • Knowledge and understanding of standard technology practices, and Agile Delivery methods is required.

  • Demonstrable experience leading small-medium projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise is required.

  • Good communication skills within the technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences is required.

  • Outstanding business partnering, influencing and collaboration skills working with delivery teams, business partners, agencies and collaborators, is required.

  • Strong problem solving skills; responsiveness and flexibility with evolving responsibilities and changing environment are required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within the CPG industry and Google Analytics

  • Experience managing and supporting Technology Platforms - Lifecycle Management/Technology Enhancements
