This position reports into the Sr. Leader Digital Excellence and is based in Markham, Ontario.

What will you do
The Content Excellence Lead will advance the content capability and brand consistency across the consumer journey through operational and executional excellence; living into the evolving best in class content and production process across advertising and the digital shelf; delivering creative ROI growth through adherence of best practices & compelling content; and continuous innovation to enable best in class content and build brand love. This role will be well skilled in cross functional and regional stakeholder management while guiding a direct team with 2 graphic designers.
Responsibilities include:
Drive consistent brand experiences in partnership with global agency ecosystem model that aligns with our business goals, categories and needs and compliance
Shape and evolve local processes and frameworks to enable best-in-class content strategies & creative excellence across channels, platforms & audiences enabling brand equity & ROI growth through best practices
Ideate, create and lead transcreation of content for paid / organic social and omni-channel platforms
Analyze content performance and scale learnings and insights across portfolio of brands
Accelerate operational excellence by defining, measuring, and optimizing processes to reduce complexity and improve quality
Partner with Global teams to formalize local content process and playbooks
Collaborate with brands and external partners on big creative concepts and contribute subject matter expertise to advance campaign objectives and outcomes
Support amplification of organic and influencer content across digital platforms in joint-collaboration with PR agencies, Comms team and Brands
Work with key partners like our media agency, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Amazon to use their expertise to optimize content and improve activations
Operationalize E2E transcreation process delivering efficiencies & reducing complexity
Fast-track transcreation process for digital shelf and NPIs
Pilot new approaches and leverage insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Drive content creation innovation by exploring and testing new solutions and technologies
Monitor adherence to creative excellence framework & automate creative optimization (e.g. AI)
Oversee direct reports – Graphic Designers
Live into Kenvue high performing team principles to foster growth and development of this team and capability
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required (Bachelor of Business Administration, Communications or Marketing preferred)
A minimum of 6 years of experience in content marketing, social media or a related field
Agency experience preferred (media, content, data, tech)
Experience working with Global brands and Global Agency Models
Experience in Digital or Social Marketing, Content Creation/Production
Extensive knowledge and expertise in digital or content best practices on social platforms i.e Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Amazon
Strong knowledge of digital communications with strong visual judgment and copy-writing skills
Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage external resources and agency partners
Experience with graphic design, motion & video editing applications including Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator)
Knowledge of CMS and MarComm technologies
Familiarity with AI / ML capabilities to enhance creative excellence
Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint etc.
Ability to lead team and foster growth and development of team capabilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Content Scoring Tools (ex: Vidmob)
