Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care like a boss, always adhering to the highest professional standards and practices.
  • Administer medications and treatments like a pro, just as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health like an eagle, and update patient records accordingly with accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans like a teamwork superstar.
  • Ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our residents like a tidy guru, always adhering to the latest infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families and other healthcare team members like a master of communication and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Ohio (you got this!).
  • CPR certification (boom!).
  • Proven experience in an assisted living setting is preferred (show us what you've got!).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills (show us your smarts!).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (bring your charm!).
