Job Description
The Process Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that processes within the distribution center are aligned with Bosch’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards. This role involves conducting regular audits, performing ISIR inspections, managing Statistical Quality Control (SQC), and supporting quality improvement activities. The auditor will verify compliance, report deviations from standards, and ensure that countermeasures are put in place for the immediate containment of issues. The role is key in supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement across the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
QMS & ISO 9001 Compliance : Verify that processes within the distribution center are aligned with Bosch’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring all processes are documented and compliant with quality standards.
Internal Audits : Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with QMS and ISO 9001 requirements, documenting findings and reporting deviations from the processes or standards.
Deviations and Corrective Actions : Report deviations from processes or standards in a timely manner. Ensure that countermeasures are implemented for immediate containment and that corrective actions are taken to address non-conformities.
Quality Reporting : Compile and document daily reports on VQ audits performed, non-conformities found, and corrective actions taken. Ensure timely and accurate communication and documentation in compliance with Bosch standards.
ISIR Inspections : Perform Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) inspections for new materials, ensuring that products meet quality requirements before being introduced into the distribution process.
Method Support and Coaching : Support and assist in quality method coaching, including FMEA moderation and problem-solving techniques, to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
Problem Solving : Assist in resolving non-conformities and quality issues by contributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of operational processes and product quality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with Bosch Production System (BPS) and familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and their application in the distribution environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Expertise :
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Experience in conducting internal audits and verifying process compliance.
Familiarity with FMEA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Knowledge of product quality assurance, especially in engineering and distribution processes.
Professional Skills :
Strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
Ability to support and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
Analytical skills for problem-solving and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
