Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Marina Del Rey, California

Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to be a part of our team in Marina Del Rey, California. In this role, you will be leveraging your technical skills to troubleshoot various issues and ensure smooth functioning of our systems. With a strong focus on teamwork, you will also be leading various projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing your experience with Active Directory, Office, and Windows to ensure seamless operations.

• Independently troubleshooting problems and providing solutions within reasonable timeframes.

• Utilizing analytical skills to examine complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

• Paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure all systems work in harmony.

• Leading various projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

• Organizing and prioritizing multiple support tasks while keeping ongoing projects up to date.

• Collaborating effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

• Applying your knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Windows 11, and MS Windows Server 2012 to enhance system performance. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Android Development is required

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential

• Strong knowledge of Database management and EO/IR systems

• Experience with Active Directory is necessary

• Must have experience working with Apple Devices

• Proficiency in dealing with Computer Hardware

• Understanding of Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments is needed

• Must be familiar with Windows 11 and MS Windows Server 2012

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
