Reports To:   Executive Director of ILS Services

Job Summary:

Under minimal supervision, this position manages and oversees all operations and program activities provided to clients located in the SARC catchment areas (Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties). The Program Manager is an essential role within our leadership team for the Independent Living Skills Services division, providing support, guidance, training, and supervision to all members of their assigned teams. 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides oversight of the day-to-day operation and direct supervision of staff as assigned.

  • Manage Monthly Budget, Forecasting & Client Projection for assigned branch and respective geographic areas .

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to determine what strategies are needed to meet the goals, including business design, of the branch; re-evaluate and implement consistently.

  • Assists with hiring, performance evaluation and progressive disciplinary actions.

  • Support new hires with training, onboarding, and other processes that better ensures the likely success of new employees. complete 30-day evaluation and submit to HR and Executive Directors.

  • Manag ing and monitoring service delivery quality and content of programs for clients.

  • Implement changes designated by the Quality Assurance Department to ensure  timeliness and processes per Agency standards.

  • Attends all County/community meetings, as assigned, and communicates all relevant information with appropriate staff in a timely manner.

  • Reviews charts weekly with relevant team members to ensure that program is prepared for internal and external audits.

  • Must maintain current working knowledge of program regulations, regional center standards, and Local/State/Federal laws.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience.

    Experience: 

  • Minimum of one year of direct supervisor/management experience, preferably in a related field of work.

  • Minimum of two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. 

    Knowledge/Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic software applications (MS word, Excel, etc.)

  • Ability to work with basic electronic communication systems/methods (Email, cell phones, electronic health records systems.

  • Prefer candidates with prior work experience in Independent Living Skills Services programs.

  • Familiarity of HIPAA regulations.

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary team settings, interactions with internal and external resources.

  • Familiarity/experience working with regional center personnel a PLUS!

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A HYBRID/REMOTE POSITION - Job requires in-person services/duties to be completed at the office, and/or client's residence, etc. 

Compensation: Annual salary of $66,560.00 with medical/dental/vision benefits; 40 hours of accrued PTO; company-paid life insurance coverage; mileage reimbursement at the Federal approved rate.
