Job Purpose This position is responsible for understanding all basic aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, sanctions laws and regulations, including but not limited to the USA PATRIOT Act. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of all applicable government regulations, including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act and other anti-money laundering regulations, as well as OFAC regulations, the USA PATRIOT Act and knowledge of the FFIEC BSA/AML Exam Manual. The primary focus of the BSA Specialist I is to provide support to the BSA staff, including the BSA Officer, with maintaining the Bank's BSA/AML compliance program and to assist in meeting and maintaining all BSA/AML compliance requirements.
