Learning Opportunities:

• Under the supervision of the Academy Program Manager, work closely with the instructor of the Academy in an educational setting supporting young adults with disabilities through classroom lessons and activities.

• Assist with administrative and programmatic operations to support the ongoing effective delivery of services.

• Support organizational grant monitoring including compiling of data and metrics, developing, and administering surveys, and tracking progress.

• Identify and recommend operational improvements, modernization and streamlining operations.

• Promote and educate community partners on programs offered.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.

• Capture media of program activities including pictures, videos, and quotes.

Act as a liaison for clients needing connection to services including the collection of documentation and reviewing accuracy and completeness of client information
