Position Overview: As a Lead Warehouse Associate at Five Star Breaktime Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. You’ll ensure that our inventory is well-organized, shipments are prepared efficiently, and our team members are motivated and productive. This position is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the warehouse manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

• Support the warehouse manager to lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for all shipments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations

• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and safety procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions

  Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory systems

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Position Information:

• Status: Full-Time

• Work Days: Monday thru Friday – 8:00am until complete (typically 6:00pm)

• Pay range: Starting up to $17-$20/hour (Based on Experience)
