Business Applications and Solution Architect

What does a successful Business Applications and Solution Architect do at Fiserv?

You will be involved in providing Human Resources systems support to a customer base of approximately 46,000 employees, 6000 managers, 550 human resource professionals and over 15,000 Contingent Workers (CW) through system support, integration, and reporting. You will manage Fiserv’s 3rd party applications, Fieldglass which manages CW accounts globally and Client360, Internal HR ticketing system.

What you will do:

  • Manage new Client360 HR case management system post implementation support including requirements gathering for system enhancements, configurations, testing, deployment, and AI chatbot Dialogue (Intents)

  • Manage new SAP Fieldglass and HR System project/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment

  • Be the Senior Technical Analyst for SAP Fieldglass Technology projects which support the business and human resources strategy to continually improve processes, maximize productivity, and support new HR and GSS initiatives

  • Research, review, and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of the existing SAP Fieldglass system and how it integrates with Workday

  • Execute system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality and coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support

  • Document processes via job aides and knowledge-based articles

  • Partner with HR Integration Technology team to continually improve processes, manage to business priorities and deliver weekly project updates

  • Own relationship with CST Team and global operations and senior leadership and Global Sourcing team to provide technology and process solutions to enhance the user experience

  • Manage new project/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support

What you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of configuration management experience

  • 3+ years of experience configuring systems, integrations configuration and support experience

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation and support

  • 3+ years of experience providing functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Ability to multi-task and overcome obstacles with innovation to meet critical deadlines with excellent analytical and research skills

  • Capable of delivering strong diligence, accuracy, problem-solving, critical thinking with ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with an elevated level of confidence

  • Solid understanding of software lifecycle development (SDLC) methodologies, data privacy and other regulatory requirements

  • Experience in implementing and supporting systems on a global scale is a plus
