JOB DUTIES Serve as a liaison between Northwest and residential/commercial builders, Realtors, and new construction property managers. Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life." Create business opportunities, by attending and speaking at HBAs (Home Builder Associations), Chambers, realtor and property manager events. Call on builders, property managers, and realtors to build/maintain relationships, and introduce The Northwest way, and its services. Actively nurture relationships with residential/commercial builders, realtors and new construction property managers to maximize business development. Join an HBA and participate in home builder association councils and attends functions sponsored by the councils. Provide prompt follow-up to all leads and requests from our builder support team and all associated with builders. Ensure that builder contact information is current and well organized. Travel may be required in the states we operate in for certain events and networking. Additional duties as needed. Qualifications ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Superb rganizational skills with attention to detail. Able to do things accurately and efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner. Ability to attend to multiple requests simultaneously and work in a deadline driven environment. Problem solving skills. WHAT YOU NEED 3 to 5 years customer relations/interface experience. Builder industry experience preferred. Computer skill level should be at least intermediate. Two years of post-high school.
