Come join our team at Lincoln Tech's Marietta campus as we seek a driven Assistant Director of Admissions. In this role, you'll play a part in overseeing the admissions process and providing strategic guidance to our accomplished sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, you'll contribute to the success of our institution, while empowering students to pursue their educational goals.
Responsibilities
Hire sales representatives
Assist with managing, training, and growing the admissions team
Conduct career planning session with each candidate and present accurate information on the career, curriculum, and employment opportunities, adhering to our Admissions Code of Ethics, as well as completing all paperwork for the enrollment process
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues and problems relating to the admissions process, and ensures that appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies, in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Direct and motivate the team to achieve maximum conversion rate
Coordinate with all departments on campus to plan events, on and off campus, to enhance recruitment efforts
Assist the Director of Admissions in ensuring that all admissions activity is documented in the school's official tracking system, and reported to the appropriate personnel
Ensure that all Admissions Representatives accurately complete the necessary forms, including a daily report of activity
Ensure compliance with ethical admissions practices, which meet all regulatory agency and Company standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the school's Campus President
3+ years of experience in Business, Counseling or Marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CampusVue
Effective communication skills with employees at all levels
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
Customer centric
Ability to read and interpret policies
