Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Area Scientific Affairs and Education Manager - Digital Orthodontics -you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leads area KOL lifecycle management to support and develop advocacy with key opinion leaders in academics and clinical practiceDiscussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare complianceDevelopment of Education Program strategy with a focus on clinical education and management of strategic educational partnerships with professional associations and universities.Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with 3M in collaboration with Global SAE Operations teamYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Seven (7) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environmentProficiency and experience in project managementIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Clinical or technical Dental experienceExperience with Digital workflows in DentistryExperience with implementation adult learning programsProficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and SmartsheetsProficient public speaking and presentations skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree from an accredited university3 years of curriculum development in a private, public, government or military environmentSkills include proficiency in virtual education and public speakingLicensed Registered Dental Hygienist or Dental AssistantWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 50% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
