Here, you will make an impact by:Leading all supply chain activities related to PIPO projects in the area to ensure service continuity and optimal inventory management.Coordinating with other area planning PIPO leads and supply planners across countries within your area to confirm the required inventory build for uninterrupted service delivery to our customers.Executing PIPO planner activities to effectively manage PIPO product transitions, optimizing processes, and tools.Working closely with Portfolio Leads, Regulatory Area, Supply planners, Manufacturing plants, and other functions to align key transition dates, maintaining accurate material status, and forecast demand effectively.Collaborating with other planning areas and functions to regularly about the progress of each PIPO phase, gaps, traffic light, and support needed communicate to key stakeholders.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start) AND Three (3) years of Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or TransportationORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND Seven (7) years of Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or TransportationAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP, Power BIExcellent communication written and verbal communication.Strong Analytic skills leading to problem solving skills.Experience in project management.Combined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that would enhance high cross-functional awareness.Work location:Hybrid USA locations: St-Paul, MN; Charlotte, NC; Stafford Springs- CT , Meriden, CTTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without ponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
