Here, you will make an impact by:Leading , coaching and developing a team of recruiter s to achieve recruitment targets .Establishing team performance objectives , tracking progress, and conducting regular performance assessments.Supervising daily recruitment activities including team load balancing , recruitment metrics and compliance with relevant employment / immigration laws and company policies .Promoting diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.Managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring the team meets hiring goals, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent .Maintaining accurate and up to date recruitment records and reports, and managing recruiting escalationsProviding regular recruitment updates and reports to management and using data and feedback to continuously refine recruitment strategies and processes.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of talent acquisition experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 12 years of talent acquisition experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required :Six ( 6) years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Three (3) years of experience using Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience managing a remote recruitment team across multiple geographic locations .Experience implementing recruitment best practices and keeping compliance with employment laws.Experience with other recruitment software and talent sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed , and Glassdoor .Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Prior experience supervising Talent Acquisition teams and recruiting processes in North America and Latin America markets .Recruiting experience across multiple functions including but not limited to Healthcare, Corporate, IT , and Manufacturing.Skills include :Excellent commu ication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Excellent data management and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Work location:Remote United StatesTravel: 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: N o t approvedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
