Here, you will make an impact by:Assist in implementing/deploying SAP ERP FICO, integration, and testingCollaborate with business counterparts in the design, development, testing and delivery of FICO standard and customized solutions in SAPCollaborate with IT colleagues, team members and cross functional teams in application design, development, integration, testing and deployment of FICO standard and customized solutions in SAPDesign, create, test & document the configuration and customizations of SAP Modules to support global business requirements and performance goalsWork with 3M business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirementsEnsure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirementsProduction support escalations as necessaryYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTen (10) years of experience with SAP design, configuration and customizing in SAP Finance and Controlling modules in a private, public, government or military environmentTen (10) years of experience producing business process, configuration, and WRICEF functional design documentation with high quality in a private, public, government or military environmentTen (10) years of experience in Controlling as it relates to supply chain and manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Good understanding of agile methodologies and change management processesExperience in JIRA, VERA, qTest for change managementExperience with ITSM for production support and problem managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with international or global SAP deploymentsSAP Certified in COCertified Public Account (CPA) or equivalentCertified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalentWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
