Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe Global Planning Business Partner role is responsible for bringing alignment and insights internally & externally to drive best practices, proactive communication, and results. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal business leaders and external customers. Identify and develop best methods to partner with key customers to collaborate and drive results through data. Here, you will make an impact by:Leads collaboration between Solventum and external associations to drive best practicesImplements process and measurables to align and share information / action with key customersDetermines detail and tracking needed for aligned action plansSupports communication and partnership with key internal stakeholders to enable successYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of supply chain, operations or customer facing experienceORHigh school diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of supply chain, operations or customer facing experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience working with end-to-end operational functions to drive action and communication plansExperience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teamsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Prior experience in project managementStrong analytical and process improvement skillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal/external customers and fellow team members at all levelsAbility to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcomeWork location: Hybrid in St. PaulTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation assistance: Not providedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employme t visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
