Here, you will make an impact by:As a member of the Corporate Ethics and Compliance team, providing expertise and strategic advice to Solventum leaders and business functions while promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. Applying industry best practices to address anti-bribery/corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act risks associated with Solventum's global third-party relationships. Establishing a wholistic understanding of Solventum's third-party landscape and third-party lifecycle.Successfully implementing /enhancing core elements of the Solventum Ethics and Compliance program to address third-party compliance risk. Elements include advising stakeholders, development of written guidance, risk assessment and identification, implementation of controls, and internal/external training.Maintaining and enhancing Solventum's due diligence process and platform. Providing guidance and directing Solventum's due diligence process as it relates to third-party distributors, vendors and suppliers. Assisting with anti-bribery and corruption related red flag mitigations and platform or workflow training needs required by the workforce.Assisting in the design, implementation and evolution of compliance audit and monitoring activities applying to third-party anti-bribery and corruption risk. Responsible for overseeing necessary remediations applying to compliance riskYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of working with 3rd parties and addressing risksORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of working with 3rd parties and addressing risksIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of experience addressing anti-bribery and corruption risk within a healthcare companyThree (3) years of experience working within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical IndustryThree (3) years of prior experience training peers and or departments on process and policyAdditional qualification that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Expertise in a functional discipline sufficient to carry out project leadership and other duties and to effectively leverage a network of company resourcesExpertise in strategic and/or operational decisions specific to compliance functionsAttention to detail, collaboration, organization, and strong prioritization skillsWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 25% domestic and/or internationalRelocation Assistance: N/AMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
