Growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced estimator. You will analyze job specifications and requirements to determine the approach, engaging other departments as appropriate. This person will create estimates, letters of quotation and other reports to communicate details around the chosen approach. Project Management not required but is a bonus. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Determine the most cost-efficient layout and optimal utilization of capabilities and capacities. Obtain the best pricing for the customer while devising a low-cost production solution Produce accurate and timely estimates using McCormick Estimating software Get results on bids Establish and maintain a professional relationship with vendors and external customers Perform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned.
