Job Title: Quality Data Reviewer

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for reviewing data, batch records, and work orders before they proceed to the quality assurance team. Duties include verifying temperature logs, QC data, and ensuring there are no process mishaps. The role involves auditing analytical data to confirm testing is completed according to appropriate test methods and standard operating procedures. Additionally, the reviewer will ensure that all analytical documentation and data for release, stability, and R&D testing meet data quality standards. The individual will verify calculations, ensure equipment calibration, and confirm the correct preparation and usage of reagents, standards, and test solutions. They will identify and communicate errors in testing documentation, work towards quick resolutions, and communicate atypical and out-of-specification results to laboratory management. The reviewer will also perform reviews of equipment/system maintenance and calibration on analytical instrumentation and understand cGMP documentation requirements.

Work Environment

This will be a desk-based position, working onsite every single day. You will be collaborating with people in the quality department and the lab, but the majority of the day will be spent at your computer.
