Analyze projects (scope, resourcing, timeline delivery) to compare projects and identify best practices. Collaborate with a variety of functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectives. Support in the identification and coordination of project teams with good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or task. Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments. Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them. Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision log, metrics, and other key communications.
