About the role: As part of the Maple Grove Process Development organization, this position's primary responsibilities include leading the Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) Process Development Organization within the broader Peripheral Intervention (PI) Division. The Associate Director will lead a team of Managers and Process Engineers in advancing processes and technologies across Boston Scientific, both within the PI Division and across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves strong cross-functional and cross-site collaboration to develop and launch new products. Additional responsibilities include managing resource allocations, leading technology development, and advancing organizational strategies.
