Our client is seeking a Silicone Extrusion Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, industrial and great attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

This client is willing to train if you have the above skills.

Job Title: Silicone Extrusion Operator

Location: Mansfield, TX

Pay Range: $19.25 an hour

Hours: Sun-Thurs 11:30pm-7:30am

What’s the Job?

Operate silicone extruders and monitor for proper product quality

• Review schedule for production requirements and plan job duties accordingly

• Mill silicone per specification and prep hose for extrusion

• Set up extruder for vertical, horizontal extruded wrap and horizontal manual wrap according to manufacturing specifications

• Cut and send test samples to lab for product quality control

• Measure actual OD of base hose, review maximum/minimum OD for silicone covered hose and review wall thickness requirement

• Record all necessary data for traceability and conformance to specifications

• Provide Hose Coiling with reeled products for inspection

• Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5s practices

• Know and practice all safety regulations and quality guidelines

• Report production issues to Direct Lead

• Perform work of an equal or lower classification
