Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN is seeking an electrophysiologist to join its team of patient-focused, high-performing, cardiovascular professionals. This EP will join a team of 6 non-interventional cardiologists, 3 interventionalist, and 7 nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The longevity of our cardiovascular team is significant, driven by a firm commitment to serving the community of patients who are also our friends, neighbors, and family members. The practice itself is unique in that it offers opportunities to collaborate both electronically and in-person with cardiology and electrophysiology colleagues throughout all of Mayo Clinic. This avails a wealth of knowledge and perspective to any individual seeking this role.

This position will be the only electrophysiology practice in Southwest Minnesota. Our regional practice includes over 200 primary care providers as a referral base; however, referrals also originate in non-Mayo Clinic practices throughout this part of the state. The practice serves a geographic area of approximately 300,000 people. Qualifications

Qualifications : Must be fellowship trained and board eligible/certified in CV Medicine and Electrophysiology; in addition, must be able to obtain a MN medical license.
