United Prairie Bank is hiring a Chief Credit Officer in our Mankato location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Mankato, MN.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the CEO/President, the Chief Credit Officer is the executive manager responsible for the Credit and Risk Management departments.
This position is responsible for assuring our credit underwriting standards and policies are compliant with regulatory directives, maintaining a credit approval process that monitors and manages authorities for lending personnel, monitoring the asset portfolio for diversification by asset type, price structures and maturity levels in conjunction with the ALCO committee and participates in risk assessment practices to identify areas of concern or potential exposure to loss.
Qualifications for this Opportunity:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance or a related field required
5-7 years of experience in Credit oversight
Extensive background in credit administration, operations and collections
10+ years of senior management experience
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
