Quality Specialist Location: Manitowoc, WI Work Environment: Office/Manufacturing Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Quality Specialist at KI! In this role, you will establish the direction, development, and administration of our Quality Management System, focusing on creating an environment of continual improvement through data analysis. You will manage ISO 9001 compliance, coordinate external and internal audits, hold management review meetings, and ensure all quality documentation is up to date. Essential Functions: Maintain ISO Documents and Data Control process (Quality Manual & Quality Procedures). Analyze COQ/MDQ data and maintain COQ databases and reports. Work with managers to understand COQ data and identify COQ improvement projects for their areas. Track non-conformance trends. Identify significant COQ incidents and initiate necessary actions. Maintain CAR database and oversee corrective actions and opportunity process. Work with internal and external customers to resolve field install or quality issues. Prepare and follow-up for all scheduled audits, both internal and external. Lead Document Control Team and maintain records and reports. Coordinate and continuously review the effectiveness of the new employee and manager ISO/Quality training program. Assist with preventative maintenance and calibration systems as applicable. Manage first piece inspection and fabric testing process. Requirements: Associates Degree in Quality or related field required.
